Odyssey of the Mind has a long history in Tennessee. We are proud to have hosted the World Finals in Knoxville in 1991, 1995, 1999, and 2000. 

We predict that 2007-2008 will be our best year yet!

Tennessee Odyssey of the Mind is a non-profit organization which aims to provide Tennessee students with opportunities to stretch themselves through creative problem solving activities. Our goal is to create a positive environment in which students can learn divergent thinking, team-work skills, and self-confidence.

Congratulations to all of our teams who braved the weather to perform at the State Finals on Saturday. We are so proud of each you!!! Special congratulations to our Ranatra Fusca winners Ryan Qualls and the Wonderful Muses team from Marion County High School. Thanks again to all of our judges and volunteers!!! Saturday was a great day! We cannot wait to see everyone in Maryland.

Tennessee Odyssey of the Mind Hall of Fame

Know someone who has made great contributions to Tennessee Odyssey of the Mind? We would like to recognize them! This year, we are happy to introduce the Tennessee Odyssey of the Mind Hall of Fame. We will be inducting two to three members into the Hall of Fame. They will be chosen based on their contribution to the Odyssey program in Tennessee. These people could be coaches, judges, parents, volunteers, or even a team member. The person need not still be involved in the program. The inductees will be named and recognized at the 2008 TN State finals in Cookeville. If you would like to nominate someone, please send an email to your Association Director, Allen Ball, that details this persons involvement with Odyssey and why you feel they are worthy of this honor!
